The German-based company has introduced two new broadband LEDs, GW3535U and GW1919U (COB), which have a special spectrum that stimulates plant growth. LEDs only focus on specific plant species or growth periods, but can be widely used in vertical farms. .

Plant LEDs are modeled on daylight, which can reproduce the complete spectrum and generate all wavelengths for each growth period. This is in contrast to LEDs that only produce the purple spectrum of red and blue wavelengths. They meet the needs of the entire life cycle of plants, thereby greatly improving plant growth and fruit yield.

Their PPF value (photosynthetic photon flux) is as high as 31.2 µmol/s per COB and as high as 1.7 µmol/s per LED. They emit a pleasant neutral white light of 4000K and a CRI of over 97. It can easily check plant health, protect eyes and promote health. The other ultraviolet components of LED stimulate the formation of active ingredients in medicinal plants, as well as aroma and pigmentation.
